Sedan car (Ford Fusion / Toyota Prius / similar) – accommodates up to 2 adults + 1 child with 2 big bags.
Toyota / Nissan / Honda Mini Van – accommodates 4 passengers with 4 big bags.
Mercedes Vitto / Viano – accommodates 6 passengers with 6 big bags.
Sprinter – accommodates up to 16 passengers.
If guests carry more than 1 big bag per passenger, agencies may add a supplementary cost for an extra vehicle.
For tours and intercity transfers, passengers must follow vehicle luggage capacity and keep extra bags at the hotel in Tbilisi or the exit city.
4x4 ride in Kazbegi is subject to weather conditions. If cancelled, no refund will be provided.

Hotels are available on BB (Bed & Breakfast), HB (Half Board), AI (All Inclusive), and room-only basis.
Individual reservations: 1 to 6 rooms.
Group reservations: 7 rooms or more.

Child 2–6 years: No accommodation and entrance cost. Rules:
- 1 child with 2 adults in a sedan car.
- 1 child with 4 adults in a Toyota / Nissan / Honda Mini Van.
- 2 children with 3 adults in a Toyota / Nissan / Honda Mini Van.
- 1 child with 5 adults in a Mercedes Vitto / Viano.
- 2 children with 4 adults in a Toyota / Nissan / Honda Mini Van.
An upgrade cost may apply if more children require a larger vehicle (cost listed in supplementary costs).
Child 3+ years: Charged the same as an adult.
Infant 0–2 years: Complimentary, seated on lap in the vehicle.

Individual reservations:
- Up to 15 days before arrival – 25% charge.
- 8–14 days before arrival – 35% charge.
- 1–7 days before arrival – non-refundable.
Group reservations:
- Free cancellation up to 40 days before check-in.
- Less than 40 days – full penalty applied.
Denial of entry to the country will be handled case-by-case; hotel cancellations supported separately.

Visa rejection cases will be handled exceptionally, and hotel cancellations will be supported case-by-case.

In case of flight changes, itineraries will be adjusted case-by-case. However, no refund will be given for missed tours or excursions.
