1. Payments
All payments for bookings made through MyTripMarket.com must be completed online using the available payment methods at checkout.
Prices displayed on our website include applicable charges unless otherwise stated.
By confirming a booking and making a payment, the client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of MyTripMarket.com and the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
2. Refunds
Refunds are subject to the cancellation and amendment policies of the respective service provider (airline, hotel, or tour operator). MyTripMarket.com acts as an intermediary and follows the rules imposed by these providers.
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
Airline Tickets: Refunds depend on the fare rules of the airline. Some tickets may be non-refundable or may incur cancellation charges.

Service Fees: Convenience fees, service charges, or transaction fees charged by MyTripMarket.com are non-refundable.
Force Majeure Events: In cases where refunds are not possible due to events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, political instability, or pandemic restrictions), we will make best efforts to coordinate with providers but cannot guarantee refunds.
3. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Refund timelines vary depending on the service provider and payment gateway but may take between 7 to 21 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
No-shows or failure to use the booking without prior cancellation.
Services already utilized partially or fully.
Bookings that are explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
